31 December 2020. The T Mobile website will generally not except payments at any given time. I would say, since I have been using T Mobile, that I have been able to successfully make an online payment once out of 12 times. Generally, to pay T Mobile can take anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes of your time.

Not seeing One-Time Payments option. Likely you need different permissions. If you’re in Control Center, but cannot see the Billing tab or One-Time Payments subtab, you probably don’t have read or write billing permissions. Contact your Control Center system administrator and ask about getting your permissions changed.
