Nov 19, 2015 · 1.)Remove the existing finger print credential from the Sign in option menu. 2.)Re-Enroll the finger print one more time successfully and then restart the laptop. The Finger print icon should appear on the lock screen after the previous restart. Hope this solves the issue . I manage to solve this problem on 3 different laptops (lenovo , dell ,asus)
